I didn't have any crabs to cook a crab quiche that Lewis requested...

Russ is out on the ocean as I type trying to get me some Spanish Mack... I have a hankering for some smoked Mackerel ..mmmmmm
But the Macks have been few and far between this year and his chances of getting one may be slim so I will probably only get Baldies and Coral Trout again or maybe some stinky Pinkies...

See... I don't HAVE EVERYTHING... but I can make do with what I have got

It is Baldchin, lightly coated in Lemon Myrtle curry seasoned flour ready to be BBQ'd...
